Applications:
- As a result of the high percentage of impurities, C1100 O copper foil strip with high electrical and thermal conductivity, durability and malleability is widely used in transformers, reactors, filters and mutual inductors.
- There is no burr on the edge of c1100 O copper foil. Surface atomization treatment makes the surface of copper strip get to a brighter and cleaner level.
- Rational design and renovation without changing the precision of the 1250 highspeed slitting line make the height of burr less than 0.01 mm and the side camber lower than the standard of industry to enhance the commonality. Processing capacity and scope also increase accordingly.
Packaging:
- Our company has professional team and adopts developed packaging technology and packaging style to ensure the packaging quality.
- We have three types of packaging, eye to sky, eye to wall and cases packaging. Fumigation-free of wood pallets, corrugated paper, paper angle protector, PVC film and desiccant.
Standard export seaworthy packing (with waterproof paper, metal belt pack sheet, then put them in wooden pallet, then put in container) or customerized.
Grate car is taken to avoid any damage which might be caused during storage or transportation.
In addition, clear labels are tagged on the outside of the packages for easy identification of the
product I.D. and quality information.
